Welcome

Lifestyles Plus Fitness CentreAt Rehabilitation in Motion, we want to do more than just remedy an injury or illness. We want to contribute to the overall health and wellness of each individual and the community as a whole.

Our catchphrase "keeping your body in motion" encompasses the goals that we aim to achieve, from restoring motion literally, to keeping people strong and independent and promoting a shift to a more positive outlook.

Each client has a variety of options to meet their individual needs – Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture, Counselling, Medical Care, Ergonomics and Individual or Group Fitness Programs.

If your life is ready for some forward motion, give us a call.

OPENING OUR SECOND LOCATION SOON!
The last coat of paint is completed and we're getting really excited about he new Quinsam Clinic-Rehabilitation in Motion, opening in late September. We feel so lucky that we were able to locate in the central business district of Campbell River in order to offer convenient service to those working in town or just running errands.

However, in the meantime, don't hesitate to give us a call in Willow Point to get help with that nagging shoulder or to prepare for the upcoming ski season!

See you soon!
