This is a boot camp for your mind. We will explore nutrition and discuss the best way for you to meet your caloric goals. No need to go into scientific depth, only what you need to know to make informed decisions. Emphasis will be on shopping and meal preparation and planning, as well as eating out and figuring out calories. Coffee and doughnuts will NOT be served!
